I think this photo showing the river rounds out the wooden bridge post.

I cranked up the exposure in iPhoto to highlight the wood.

Fantastic photos! I like the idea of an overflow blog. I'm certain I'll have to go that way because I cannot take one picture or explain something in a few words.
